Principal Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing multi-discipline Tech Transfer projects
- Preparing project charters and cost estimates
- Tracking project deliverables and reporting on status
- Managing decision logs and risk registers
- Leading project teams through all phases
- Developing project controls and communication plans
- Providing project management support for NPI/Technology Transfer
- Organizing and facilitating project meetings
- Ensuring appropriate resource allocation and cost management
- Supporting continuous improvement of TT practices
- Experience in Smart Sheet for tracking milestones
Experience / Qualification:
- Demonstrated leadership in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience in new product introduction projects
- Strong track record in global and matrix environments
- Ability to establish strong partnerships
- Organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Team player with multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational excellence
- Educational background in science, business, or engineering
