DPS Group’s Lisa D’Arcy, ATG EPCM Development Manager, was invited by MSD Ireland, one of Ireland’s leading healthcare companies, to present a keynote speech on ‘Empowering Gender Diversity and Inclusion in STEM’ at their annual Diversity and Inclusion event which was held at the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) in Dublin, Ireland on Wednesday 28th September.
Lisa also participated in a panel discussion with Andrew Campbell-Edie of the Irish Centre of Diversity and Sinead Tuite of MSD Ireland which was moderated by Joanne Cantwell of RTE Sports. The panel shared valuable insights and examples on the theme of ‘Empower D&I and Build Resilience.’
Other speakers on the day included podcaster Jack Kavanagh, transgender rights activist Claire Farrell, Vivienne Glanville of Women’s Collective Ireland, and Ziva Newman of Central Remedial Clinic.
As a passionate advocate and champion for Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion, Lisa commented on her participation in the event, “It was an absolute honour to share my insights and participate in such a meaningful event. I am very passionate about this subject matter and hope to continue doing what I can to support DE&I efforts in my workplace community. MSD hosted an amazing event.”
